Coaching is the single most effective way we know of to move as rapidly as possible to the level of success you want. But that doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone. Ask yourself these questions:
Am I highly motivated to be the very best?
Am I open to refining my approach to building my business in order to significantly grow?
Do I want to move upmarket to serve wealthier clients—and am I willing to make changes in my practice to make this happen?
Do I have a block of four to eight hours each week to devote to transforming my practice? (You’ll likely stop doing many of your current day-to-day activities, which will free up your time.)
Am I a committed learner who is comfortable learning and interacting in a range of environments, including online, on phone calls and in person?
Do I have a strong team that can help me implement business development activities and enhancements to our client experience?
Do I want more balance in my life?
Have I already established the foundation for a very successful practice? (In most cases, this means having an annual net income of at least $200,000.)
