Théa Watkins is a seasoned banker, business leader, consultant, and coach with more than 27 years of international experience in financial services, including executive leadership at Lloyds Banking Group.

Her career has given her deep insight into the challenges individuals and teams face, along with expertise in client relationship management, people leadership, and organizational development. Today, through her consulting firm, Théa works with clients across financial services, the arts, and other sectors, including organizations such as HSBC Bank and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

As a coach, Théa supports professionals at all levels, from junior and mid-level employees to executives. She also lectures on leadership and inclusive leadership at LIM College in Manhattan. Passionate about creating positive, lasting change, Théa helps individuals and teams realize their full potential in supportive, safe, and inclusive environments. Her approach is grounded in integrity, trust, reflective listening, and a deep commitment to understanding each client’s needs.

Théa lives in Connecticut with her husband, their Welsh springer spaniel, and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, nature, gardening, the arts, and food. She also brings nearly a decade of board experience and currently serves on the board of Arts for Learning Connecticut, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring young people and expanding learning through the arts.
