With more than 15 years of leadership experience across healthcare, financial services, and enterprise transformation, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations align strategy, structure, and human potential for lasting impact.

Lindsay has held senior leadership roles at Truist, Wells Fargo, Silicon Valley Bank, and Atrium Health, leading enterprise-level initiatives in operational excellence, risk governance, and strategic enablement. Her work bridges business transformation and human development, bringing clarity, focus, and momentum to complex systems and ambitious leaders.

A graduate of the Happy Whole Human® Institute’s ICF-accredited coach training program, Lindsay combines evidence-based coaching with systems thinking and skilled facilitation.

She also contributes to coach education and mentor development, helping emerging coaches build confident, ethical, and effective practices.
