CEG Worldwide Partners with Raymond James to Provide Tailored Advisor Coaching
The six-month program will help advisors deliver world-class client experiences during the pandemic and beyond.
April 14, 2021 — CEG Worldwide has formed a strategic partnership with Raymond James to provide training and coaching resources to help advisors refine their practices amid an increasingly challenging environment. The unprecedented challenges of the pandemic have led many larger wealth management firms to enhance their in-house training and coaching programs with virtual events. CEG’s Capturing the Potential program combines live coaching and on-demand materials to help advisors provide a world-class experience to the clients best suited to their skills and expertise.
Proven expertise
“We have worked with CEG Worldwide in the past, so we know they are an industry thought leader with a proven method for success,” said Liz Stiles, director of Practice Management Coaching for Raymond James. “It’s important to us that our overall coaching offering includes a dynamic suite of programs, coaches and best practices that allow Raymond James advisors to build their businesses in a way that best serves their clients. CEG and their team of coaches bring decades of experience and a proven process for advisory practices. We have enjoyed working collaboratively with each other. Now, their coaches and process feel like a natural fit and extension of our internal coaching programs.”
The changing world of advisory services also played a role in the partnership’s development. Raymond James supports its advisory teams where and when they needed it, a flexibility that CEG Worldwide’s virtual approach makes possible. At the same time, regulatory changes have continued to emphasize the importance of documentation. CEG’s program helps advisors establish standard processes that deliver an elevated client experience more consistently. Raymond James also expects this approach to help advisors integrate regulatory changes emphasizing the importance of documentation with their client-focused activities.
Putting clients first is a joint value
Raymond James’ focus on putting the client first made them an ideal fit for CEG Worldwide’s program. “The advisory business is about building strong relationships so you can serve clients well, building an amazing life of significance for both clients and advisors,” said John Bowen, founder and CEO of CEG Worldwide. “We want to give Raymond James advisors the tools they need to offer their existing clients world-class service and become the advisor of choice for exactly the type of affluent clients they are best able to serve.”
CEG Worldwide conceived of the Capturing Your Potential program as a way to serve advisors as they navigated the challenging environment fueled by the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeing that many advisors were working harder to attract and retain clients, Bowen and his team decided to design a program that enables them to capture their full potential to attract and retain clients by offering them world-class service that goes beyond simply managing their investments. Drawing on decades of research and proven methods, the result is a six-month program that gives advisors a proven road map for a wealth management experience that will delight existing clients, attract affluent prospective clients and help differentiate them from their peers in the advisory industry.
