Lofties began his career as a financial advisor and in time moved into the corporate world as senior vice-president of Securities America and Ladenburg Thalmann, where he led the broker-dealer network’s wealth management business. This background gives him a uniquely broad and deep understanding of programs and strategies used by high-performing advisors.

Outside the financial services industry, Lofties is a successful entrepreneur and general partner of Elmwood Design, a realty firm specializing in updating and renting homes in the historic midtown district of Omaha. He is a graduate of Bellevue University and, most important, the husband of 25 plus years to Joann, and father to son, Minsu, and daughter, Jett.
