With more than two decades in the service industry, Chelse Fagan approaches every advisor conversation through a client-centric lens. Before joining CEG Worldwide she ran a boutique coffee company, refining a gift for coaching teams and elevating client experiences—skills she now channels into warm, efficient assessment calls. Off the clock, Chelse, her husband Michael, and their adventurous toddler Maverick scour Whidbey Island beaches for agates, hit the open road for spontaneous trips, and gather friends and family for laid-back celebrations of island life.
