Allyson Lee is a genuine and experienced coach who is passionate about helping her clients tap into their entrepreneurial spirit, stretch out of their comfort zones and clarify the path that will bring their success and effectiveness to new heights.  With a successful track record in both the public and private sector, Lee supports and challenges her clients to develop new systems and behaviors to reach or exceed their business goals.

Lee has worked extensively in the coaching and consulting role with entrepreneurs and business professionals from various fields. With a background in strategic communications consulting, Lee has worked with numerous companies developing strategies addressing internal issues and external awareness campaigns.

She has had extensive training in coaching and leadership development. She completed the core coaching curriculum from the Coaches Training Institute in 2002 and achieved a coaching certification in August 2006 as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. To expand her skills, Lee completed CTI’s Leadership Program, an intensive ten-month course in July 2007.  Additional certifications include Emotional Intelligence, The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, DiSC Personality Profiling and The Leadership Circle.  As a Certified Neuro Transformational  Coach, Lee brings knowledge of how the brain works in relation to coaching and behavior so her clients have a deeper understanding of their success patterns.

Her ability to mobilize clients and prepare them for change, pinpoint patterns that are detrimental to growth and cultivate strong leadership abilities in her clients helps them grow beyond previous goals and limitations. Under her coaching, clients have reached a high level of awareness in how their attitudes and actions impact their performance and achievements, both personally and professionally. She has helped clients develop business direction, create and implement growth plans, achieve personal balance and reduce stress through coaching activities.

A graduate of the University of Ottawa in Canada, Lee continued her education in public relations at Ryerson University in Toronto. Fluent in French and a working knowledge of Spanish, Lee received additional language training at the Sorbonne University in Paris and at private language schools in Spain. She also spent two years volunteering as a public relations officer in Nigeria developing and implementing public awareness campaigns, fundraising activities and leadership training for Nigerian women.

Lee is an experienced facilitator and speaker working with groups on leadership development and team building. Her varied background and international experience are a valuable asset to CEG Worldwide and the financial professionals it serves.
