Our technology support and design team brings more than 15 years of experience to CEG Worldwide. James and Heather O’Donnell are owners of Iacano, LLC, a technical support and design firm based in Portland, Maine.  Iacano, LLC has a proven track record of providing high-level technology support to its clients. Their unique skill set and experience allow them to provide a wide array of services, including IT support, web design, development and administration, graphic design and deployment, application support and end-user training.

Technology Services currently provides CEG Worldwide with support in the following areas: desktop hardware and software support, troubleshooting and support; exchange server administration; virtual PBX administration and support; handheld device support, Web design; Windows/Linux Hosting; media development, media hosting and training; CMS and CRM support; and vendor relations and research.
