Tawanda Penner

Tawanda Penner coordinates CEG Worldwide's coaching program and provides a wide variety of other administrative services. She comes to her position after 13 years of experience working in the independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisory industries—experience she draws on to facilitate CEG Worldwide's industry-leading coaching program.

Penner began her career specializing in communications for the U.S. Army. Since that time she has provided operations management for several broker-dealers, including IFG Advisory Services, Financial Services Corporation and Keogler Investment Advisory. Penner has developed and implemented training programs for financial advisors about a variety of subjects, such as maximizing products and procedures, maintaining relationships with money managers, ensuring high-quality services, and streamlining and documentation of processes. During her tenure with IFG Advisory Services, Penner also was responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns for the firm's asset-management program. Her depth of experience helps CEG Worldwide's coaching program optimize advisors' potential.
