

Simon Glinsky is the founder and principal of The Glinsky Group, a management consulting practice specializing in strategy, organization and executive facilitation. Founded in 1990, The Glinsky Group has on its client roster such names as Wells Fargo, Barra (now Morgan Stanley), Kaiser Permanente, the University of California, Tilia Housewares (now Jarden) and Klutz Publishing (now Scholastic).
A seasoned entrepreneur, Glinsky helped found Match.com, Embark.com (now The Princeton Review), Kaiser Permanente's Care Management Institute and KP Online.
His career has also included stints with McKinsey & Co., IBM and GE Credit Corp. Clients at McKinsey included financial services, utility and health care companies. He currently serves as a senior facilitator at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Glinsky earned his B.S. in economics with concentration in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
