Group Coaching Sessions
Two two-day sessions per year. These intensive workshop-style sessions immerse advisors in the topics proven to be the most important for creating success. Advisors receive focused consulting, feedback and advice from CEG Worldwide experts and coaches based on 360° assessments of the advisor's business. Advisors are given hands-on exercises to practice and then implement. Advisors also participate in networking dinners with other top advisors.
Individual Coaching Calls
One per month. Advisors experience the benefit of an individual professional coach. This increases accountability for sustaining advisor momentum to achieve goals. Coaches provide ongoing guidance for implementing each advisor's action plan.
E-learning Services
Unlimited access to Breaking Through Online. This includes all content for Breaking Through (16 videos, podcasts from coaches about specific topics, online tools and PPTs from each session) plus exclusive content just for participants.
Video Conferences
Four per year. Video conferences focus on addressing specific barriers that participants are encountering. Video conferences also provide the latest results from our best practices research, as they become available, and insights into current industry trends including how advisors can leverage them for business success.
Printed Materials
500-page binder. Packed with research, tips and productivity tools, this binder helps advisors implement their personal road maps and stay on track with their goals throughout the year.
Peer Coaching
Every two weeks. Advisors receive peer coaching with bi-weekly calls. This provides additional accountability for achieving key goals as well as assistance and support in overcoming critical challenges.
