Julie E. Sendelbach—Advisor Coach

Julie Sendelbach

Julie Sendelbach helps financial services professionals enrolled in CEG Worldwide's coaching programs generate and maintain the changes necessary to achieve new levels of success. Sendelbach is an expert at helping financial services professionals change their behaviors in ways that support the implementation of new initiatives. She is able to mobilize commitment to change and to build systems that support it, for all organizational functions—from systems to leadership development to communication to leveraging human capital.

Sendelbach has more than 15 years of experience driving organizational change efforts and helping financial advisors reach greater heights in their professional development. She oversaw a doubling of London Pacific Advisors' assets under management while leading the recruitment and retention of that firm's advisors and spearheaded the turnaround of North American Trust Co., the sale of which generated $11.5 million in revenues. Sendelbach also has worked in institutional marketing, virtual office development and other capacities in the fields of venture capital, trust services, asset management, investment advisory and broker-dealer services. She has built her professional accomplishments on a strong academic foundation, including a B.S. in organizational behavior, an M.A. in counseling psychology from the University of San Francisco and coach training at Newfield Network. Such comprehensive expertise provides a valuable contribution to CEG Worldwide's industry-leading coaching programs—and to the advisors enrolled in them.
